***All you need Is your account information, and your Personal Identification Number (PIN) which you will set up the first time you use it.

Easy instructions for your convenience:

Operator     "Welcome to Stockgrowers State Bank On Line Voice Response System. 

                           Please listen carefully to the options available."

                        "If you are calling from a touch-tone phone PRESS 1 NOW, or stay on the line for assistance."

                        "ALL ACCOUNT BALANCES ARE CURRENT as of close of business on           (date)         ."

Then she gives you the following options available through the InTouch Voice Response System:

                   For CHECKING or MONEY MARKET information:                      Press 1

1. Credits /Deposits

2. Checks & Debits 

3. ATM

4. All Transactions since your last statement

5. Search for item by check number

6. Search by item by amount

7. Have statement faxed to you

8. Change PIN #

9. Interest Rate Information

                For SAVINGS Information:                                                             Press 2

                   For LOAN Information:                                                                    Press 3

                   For CD or IRA Information                                                              Press 4

                   To TRANSFER FUNDS or make a LOAN PAYMENT                       Press 5

                   To issue a STOP PAY on a check                                                    Press 6

                   For CURRENT INTEREST RATE INFORMATION                           Press 9

                    For the Operator                                                                           Press 0

Once you've made your selection, it will ask for your account number followed by the pound (#) key.

New Callers:       

You may get a message such as.....

 " For your protection, your account has been restricted due to inactivity."

Call 620-635-4032 or 800-772-2265 to activate your InTouch Account

New callers must also establish a new PIN number 

• "Please enter your Social Security Number or Tax ID Number followed by the pound (#) key."

• "Enter your PIN number followed by the pound key." (any number between 4 & 10 digits)

• "Enter the last 4 digits of your social security number

It will ask you to enter it again for verification purposes, then repeat it to you, and ask that you make note of it for future reference. The InTouch Voice Response System will then give you the information from your account.
