Other "behind the scenes" mechanisms are in place to assure the security of your financial information. You may have also noticed that at no time does your account number, Tax ID number or social security number appear on the screen over the Internet. Security is not a one-time effort with our NetTeller Banking system. As security improvements are available in the future, our specialists will continue to make any needed enhancements to assure that your account information is safe and secure.

How do I use NetTeller Banking? |

After you enter your NetTeller Banking ID and PIN on the first screen of Internet Banking, you will be shown a list of your accounts and the balance in each. If you want more detail, or want to carry out a transaction, just select the function from the pull down menu for the account you are interested in. Any additional pages will have drop down menus on them that lead you through your transaction.

After how many invalid logon attempts will I be locked out of NetTeller Banking? |

How can I add or delete an account from NetTeller Banking? |

The change can be made through any customer service representative at any of our locations.

What does it mean if I login to NetTeller Banking and it says my account is dormant? |
A. |
If you do not use your NetTeller Banking for 90 days, you will receive this message. If you do not use your internet banking for 180 days, your ID and PIN will be deleted. This is for your protection. You will need to call the bank at any location to have this reset.

How late can I make a transfer and still have it post to my account that night? |
A. |
A transfer can be made up to 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time during any business day Monday-Friday for that transaction to post that day. This includes all transfers between deposit accounts and loans. Any transfer made after this time will post the following business day except Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays.

How far in advance should I set up a payment to insure it is paid on time? |
A. |
Stockgrowers State Bank recommends check payments to be scheduled 7-10 business days in advance of when you want the payment to be posted at the payee. Stockgrowers State Bank recommends electronic payments be made 2-3 business days in advance of when you want the payment to be posted at the payee.

When and how are the payments processed? |

Payments submitted, recurring or one time, before 2:00 a.m. Central Standard Time Monday-Friday will be processed at 2:00 a.m. CST. Payments submitted between 2:00 a.m. CST and Noon CST will be processed at 12:00 Noon CST. Payments received after 12:00 noon CST on Monday-Thursday will be processed the next business day. Payments received after 12:00 noon CST on Friday will be processed the next business day except Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays. All payments scheduled to go on a weekend will be processed on the processing day before the weekend. All payments scheduled to go on a holiday will be processed the day before that date. Payments entered on the weekend, recurring or one time, will be processed on the next business day except Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays.

How will I know if a payee is electronic or check? |

As you are adding the new payee, the system will check to see if the payee can accept payments electronically. If not, they will be sent by check.

What payment frequencies are available? |
A. |
You can set up payments in any of the following frequencies: one time, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, semi-monthly, quarterly, annually or semi-annually.

How late in the day can I enter, edit, or delete a payment? |
A. |
You may add, edit, or delete a payment up to 2:00 a.m. Central Standard Time on the day the payment is scheduled to be sent. If a same day payment is submitted between 2:00 a.m. CST and Noon CST, it may be edited up until Noon CST.

Can I stop a payment? |
A. |
Yes. After the check is printed and mailed, payment history will show the check number for that payment. The stop payment would be added in the same manner as for a regular check written out of your checkbook. A $20.00 charge will apply if a payment is stopped.

How long is history retained in the View Payment History section? |
A. |
Payment history for active and deleted payees is retained and viewable indefinitely.
