- "If you are calling from a touch-tone phone PRESS 1 NOW, or stay on the line for assistance."
- "ALL ACCOUNT BALANCES ARE CURRENT AS OF CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON ___(date)___."
New Callers:
New callers must also establish a new PIN number
- "Please enter your Social Security Number or Tax ID Number followed by the pound (#) key."
- "Enter your PIN number followed by the pound key." (any number between 4 & 10 digits)
- For security purposes, please do not use your social security number or birth date
The operator will ask you to re- enter your PIN for verification purposes,. She will repeat it to you, and ask that you make note of it for future reference. The InTouch Voice Response System will then give you the information from your account.Once you've made your selection, it will ask for your account number followed by the pound (#) key.
Then she gives you the following options available through the InTouch Voice Response System:
